What is your minimum order quantity?
We offer flexible minimum order quantities depending on the product type. Contact us with your project details and we'll recommend the best option for your order.
How long does production take?
Standard production takes approximately 12 to 14 business days after artwork approval. Premium production takes approximately 7 business days after artwork approval. Production times may vary depending on artwork complexity, order quantity, and seasonal demand.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Premium production is available for qualifying orders. Contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.
Can I see a digital proof before production?
Absolutely. Every order receives a digital proof for approval before production begins. Nothing goes into production until you approve your artwork.
What artwork file types do you accept?
Preferred file formats are PNG, PDF, JPEG, and PSD. If you don't have production-ready artwork, our design team can help prepare your design for production.
Can you help create my design?
Yes. If you only have a sketch, logo, inspiration image, or concept, our team can prepare professional production-ready artwork for your approval.
Do you match Pantone colors?
Yes. We match Pantone colors as closely as possible to maintain consistent brand colors.
What backing options do you offer?
Available backing options include Iron-on (Heat Adhesive), Velcro (Hook & Loop), Velcro Hook Only, and Sew-On. We'll recommend the best option based on how your patch will be used.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We proudly ship custom patches and stickers worldwide. Shipping options vary depending on destination and order size.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. Once your artwork has been approved and produced, reordering is simple and much faster.
Are your patches washable?
Yes. Our patches are manufactured using premium materials designed for long-lasting durability and normal washing conditions.
Which patch type should I choose?
Embroidered: classic stitched appearance. Woven: best for fine details and small text. PVC: durable, waterproof, three-dimensional. Chenille: soft, textured varsity style. Leather: premium leather branding. Printed: unlimited colors and photographic detail.
How do I know which size to choose?
For most hats and standard left chest applications, we recommend 2.5 inches. For larger left chest logos, 3.5 inches is ideal. For jackets, backpacks, uniforms, or oversized designs, choose one of our larger size options.
Do you provide a production sample?
Yes. Production samples can be arranged upon request before full production begins. Additional charges may apply depending on the project.
Will my information remain secure?
Yes. All quote requests, uploaded artwork, and customer information are handled securely and used only to process your order.
