These Terms govern your use of the Hustle Patch Works website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are

2. Custom products and artwork approval
All products are custom-manufactured to your approved specifications. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the digital proof before production. Production begins only after you approve the artwork and any required payment has been received.
3. Intellectual property
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all artwork, logos, and trademarks you submit, and you agree to indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from your artwork. We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that infringes intellectual property rights or applicable law.
4. Pricing, payment, and VAT
Prices are quoted per project. The currency and any applicable taxes will be stated on your quote. For UK orders, your quote will show whether prices include or exclude VAT. Payment terms will be confirmed with your quote.
5. Production times
Estimated production times (Standard: 12 to 14 business days; Premium: approximately 7 business days) begin after artwork approval and may vary with complexity, quantity, and seasonal demand. These are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Shipping, risk, and title
Shipping times vary by destination and method, and tracking is provided on dispatch. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. For international orders, please see our Shipping Policy regarding customs, duties, and import taxes.
7. Cancellations and your statutory rights
Because our products are made to your custom specifications, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, and the right to cancel custom or personalised goods does not apply under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (or equivalent local law), including rights relating to goods that are faulty or not as described. 8. Colour variation
Colours shown on digital screens and proofs may vary slightly from the finished product. Minor variation is not a defect.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or supply disruptions.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and disputes are subject to its courts. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws in their country of residence.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies.
