Because every order is custom-made to your approved specifications, all sales are generally final.

If you believe there is a manufacturing issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

What to Send

To help us evaluate the issue, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • A short video showing the issue (if applicable)
  • Your order number

Our team will carefully review the information provided. If we confirm that the issue was caused during our manufacturing process, we will remake and reproduce the affected products at no additional cost.

What Is Not Covered

  • Artwork or spelling errors approved by the customer
  • Incorrect information submitted with the order
  • Design changes requested after production has started
  • Normal color variations between digital proofs and finished products
  • Damage caused by improper application, misuse, or normal wear and tear
